Dreamers Tea

This organic tea, with it's floral, and minty flavor is blended for the dreamer!  The herbs used are believed to help stimulate easy dream recall. This blend is enjoyable at any time of the day, especially right before bed!

**Caffeine free.

Each pack of Dreamers Tea should yield approx. 10 8oz cups of tea.

Brew Instructions
Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.  Add your choice of add ins.

Precautions
Not for use in pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner. Persons with allergies to chamomile should exercise caution.

Organic peppermint leaf, organic chamomile flowers, organic skullcap, organic mugwort, organic damiana leaf, organic rosemary leaf, and organic rose petals.
